Connects to Granola via its MCP server. Pulls meeting notes, transcripts, summaries, and action items. Creates contact records from attendees and links meetings to your CRM timeline. Granola is a desktop meeting notetaker that captures audio locally without joining the call as a bot — no “Granola is recording” notification for participants.Documentation Index

Connect
Granola exposes an MCP server that Supersonic connects to directly. After connecting:- Go to Sources in the dashboard
- Click Connect next to Granola
- Supersonic connects to Granola’s local MCP server
- Historical meeting notes are synced, then new ones sync automatically
What gets synced
- Meeting notes — your notes enhanced with AI context from the transcript
- Transcripts — full meeting transcript with speaker attribution
- Summaries — AI-generated meeting summary
- Action items — extracted from the discussion
- Attendees — participant information from the calendar event
What gets created
- Contact records — from attendee emails (deduplicated)
- Meeting entries — on each attendee’s timeline with full notes and transcript
- Relationships —
met_withedges between co-attendees - Tasks — action items can be auto-created as CRM tasks (via agent workflow)
How the sync works
Supersonic connects to Granola’s MCP server and pulls meeting notes directly:- On initial sync, all existing meeting notes are fetched
- Incrementally, new notes are synced every 5 minutes
- Attendees are resolved to existing contacts or created as new records
