Connects to Fathom via API key. Pulls call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and attendees. Creates contact records from attendee emails and builds met_with relationship edges.

Connect

  1. Go to Sources in the dashboard
  2. Click Connect next to Fathom
  3. Enter your Fathom API key (get it from Fathom Settings)
  4. Initial sync starts automatically

What gets synced

  • Calls — title, date, duration
  • Transcripts — speaker-attributed transcript
  • Summaries — AI-generated call summary
  • Action items — extracted from the call
  • Attendees — participant email addresses

What gets created

  • Contact records — from attendee emails (deduplicated)
  • Meeting entries — on each attendee’s timeline
  • Relationships — met_with edges between co-attendees

Sync frequency

  • Initial sync — pulls all existing calls
  • Incremental sync — every 5 minutes
  • Rate limit — 60 requests per minute (Fathom API limit)

API key scope

Fathom API keys are user-level — they access meetings recorded by that user, plus meetings shared to their team.
